1.Wash your mouth day and night to avoid mouth odour.

2.Drink at least 6 litres of water daily.

3.Dont drink water immediately after eating,wait for about 15-30 minutes before drinking any liquid.

4.Eat at least 2 varieties of fruit very early in the morning.

5.Observe daily exercise to keep your body,muscles,bones in good shape.

6.Eat a well balanced diet that comprises of the 6/7 classes of food.

7.Observe water therapy.

8.Consume lots of fruits because fruits help to boost the body system.

    • Yeah,and apart from living a healthy life i also find it interesting.
      It becomes part of you that if you miss it a day you will not be complete within yourself.
